CONTEST RULES

1. CONTEST ENTRY: There are two methods of entering the contest.

Contracted Work: You will automatically be entered into the Free Job contest when you contract your work. Only items that are contracted prior to the drawing will be included in the drawing. If the work entered into the contest is performed prior to the drawing date, payment will be due according to regular payment schedule. Upon winning the contest, you will be refunded the job total, up to $2500, minus any applicable taxes and other regulatory fees. Only one job per household, per drawing, may be entered. The same job may be entered into only one drawing.

Proposed Work: You may enter a specific proposal by Sharp Contracting in to the contest even if you have not yet contracted to do the work. You may do so by visiting www.sharpcontracting.com/freejob.html and click on the “request entry form” button. Complete the entire form to receive your entry form by mail. Once you receive the form fill it out completely and mail to 128 W Boxelder, #105, Chandler, AZ 85225. Only one proposal per household, per drawing, may be entered. A proposal may be entered into only one drawing. Items may not be re-proposed and reentered.

2. WINNINGS: If you are selected as the winner you will receive your entered job or proposal for free, up to $2500, minus all applicable taxes and other regulatory fees. If the work entered has already been completed and you have already paid for the work in full, a refund check up to $2500 will be issued within 30 days after the contest drawing date.

3. ODDS: The odds of winning are approximately 1 in 200. Odds are based on past performance, the number of jobs performed in the quarter immediately preceding the current contest period.

4. WAIVER: Entry into contest and accepting winnings, you hereby grant to Sharp Contracting the non-revocable permission to capture your image and work performed at your home to be used for promotional purposes and you grant to Sharp Contracting all copyright to such images.

5. CONTEST PERIOD: The contest period begins immediately after the previous contest period and will continue until the drawing date, approximately three months. Drawing dates are the first Friday of each quarter. If the first Friday of each quarter is a holiday, the drawing date will be the Thursday preceding. Future drawing dates beyond the current contest period may be canceled without notice.
